Gasket Quality Control

Quality control is a daily priority at Excelsior Inc. We are AS9100D:2016; ISO 9001:2015 Registered QMS and take part in rigorous quality inspections and measurement reporting to make sure our products are up to the high standards we’ve set for ourselves.

We perform our full piece inspections with a computerized Micro-Vu vision system. The machine has a 27 x 27 bed and is accurate to .00005” for repeatability. This technology allows us to quickly and accurately check all part dimensions. Our QC department offers first piece inspection, PPAP, ongoing measurement reporting or other quality measures as requested.

Our internal quality system is integrated with our manufacturing to allow for continuous improvement in manufacturing efficiency and effectiveness. This allows us to keep our prices competitive and successfully compete in the global marketplace.
